The startups are provided with various facilities to expand their business at the GLS incubator. The centre is equipped with all modern amenities and an aesthetic working environment. The working space has cubicle type workstations built for startup teams equipped with electricity, internet and phone line connections to make each workstation a productivity hub.
Some separate offices within the Incubator have also been built for companies opting to operate with independence and privacy.
GLS incubator is based out of a state of art incubator space spans over 15,000 sq. ft. area with 10,000 sq. ft. area is in utilization. The area is designed to be a hub of startup activities ranging from startup working out of the area to ecosystem players thronging in. The space also hosts many startup events for the local startup community and constantly invite and host mentors who engage with the local startup community using this space.
Two conference rooms are available with large and small conference room. The larger conference room is a 25 seater room while the smaller conference room is 12 seater. More conference rooms of smaller sizes are planned as the number of teams increase, more number of conference rooms are planned to be developed required. The rooms are linked with high speed internet for tele-conferencing. Whiteboards are available for discussion in the conference rooms.
An IoT lab is being developed that is stated to provide a multitude of fabrication and prototyping facilities. The facility will provide laser-cutting facility, 3D printing, vinyl cutting, circuit printers, milling-machine etc. The lab capability will be equal to a medium sized fab-lab.
The incubator has 40 state of art computer and while the university has a total of over a thousand systems available for any work.
The University has a library attached to each institute. In total thousands of books, subscriptions are accessible to incubator personnel and startups.
